Dates for March

A few people have been asking when we're back at the markets.
Unfortunatly, we've had to put Knutsford market on hold due to bookings, but fear not!
We'll still be in Manchester once a month. Next up is 13th and 14th March. Come nice and early before we run out of your favourites!

Valentine's at Manchester Market

Crikey what a weekend! i love cake couldn't get those cupcakes out of the oven quick enough!

Manchester went Valentine's cake mad and bought us out both days.

Sorry to anyone who missed out - we'll be back next month. Ok so it won't be Valentine's Day any longer but here at i love cake we think spontaneous gifts are the best anyway. See you there! x

More baby cakes!

Anna asked us to surprise her friend with this box of baby girl cupcakes. Congratulations Anna's friend and we hope you enjoyed them!

Colourful cakes at Knutsford Market

We fancied going for a brighter, more mismatched table of cakes at the market this month. Maybe it's got something to do with all those grey skies and snowy roads. It cheered us up anyway.

Baby cakes!

We made these for Heather's friend, who's just had a baby boy. I like the little teddy bear cutouts - bit of a new twist on the sprinkle for us.

Pink vs Punk

These deliciously pink cakes were made for Nigel's wife's 50th birthday. Pink sponge, pink frosting, pink sprinkles - all out pink mm mm.

These bad boys, on the other hand, were baked for Lyndsay's 80's rock party. Black frosting and neon sprinkles. Rock on.

A day of contrasts indeed.
